FOR COACHES, CONSULTANTS, AGENCY OWNERS AND PODCAST HOSTS

Send me one topic. I'll send back a finished video.

You already say the good stuff on podcasts, calls and stages. I turn it into 20 short videos a month, up to 90 seconds each. You never open an editor.

Free. No call. No card.

Every video, five jobs.

That's the part you'll never touch.

00:15 · THE REAL PROBLEM

Be honest. When did you last post?

You know the rule. Post every week.

Client calls. Delivery. Invoices. Tuesday's recording sits in a folder called "edit later."

Later becomes next month. You post once, feel good, and go quiet again.

It isn't discipline. A full talking-head edit, with cuts, captions, B-roll and music, usually takes a video editor 4 to 6 hours. Twenty of them is 80 to 120 hours a month.

A pro starts around $25 an hour, so that's roughly $2,000 to $3,000 a month. Go cheaper with a newbie and you spend the month doubting the quality.

What if editing just weren't your job?

Watch what that looks like.

00:45 · RAW TO READY, AN EXAMPLE

Here's a recording becoming a video.

  1. 00RAWepisode_raw.mov · 16:9You hand me this. Or just a topic.
  2. 01HOOK00:00:00Found the line worth stopping for.
  3. 02CUT00:00:03Dead air gone. Ums gone. Only the good part stays.
  4. 03CAPTIONS00:00:12Captions burned in, so it works on mute.
  5. 04MUSIC00:00:30Music under your voice, never over it.
  6. 05EXPORT00:01:00Cropped to 9:16. Your colors, your logo.
Example: Elron's raw studio recording turned step by step into a captioned 9:16 video

Time you spent editing: 0:00.

That was one. Your month has 20.

01:15 · THE DEAL

On Studio, five new videos wait for your yes every week.

Here's the whole deal. Nothing is buried.

  • 01

On Studio, 20 short videos a month, up to 90 seconds each, built from what you already say: episodes, talks, calls, or a topic you hand me. About five short videos a week, ready to post.

  • 02

Your face is optional. You film, send footage, or use an AI voice, yours cloned with your written consent or one of five I shortlist.

  • 03

Your time: a 1-hour kickoff, then 30 minutes a week on Studio and Starter. This isn't me taking orders. In our 30 minutes a week, I help you come up with the content ideas.

Studio, Starter or a credit pack: prices are below. Your free sample comes first.

01:30 · HOW IT WORKS

Your part: one hour once, then 30 minutes a week.

Everything else is mine. Here's all of it. On the credit pack, the 30-minute call comes once per 10 credits used.

  1. 01

    Send a topic.

One idea, one episode, one rant. Add a link to your files and videos you like.

  2. 02

    Watch your free sample.

Back in 2 to 3 days. Like it? We pick a start date. Don't? You owe nothing.

  3. 03

    Kickoff, 1 hour.

We set your brand kit: colors, fonts, SFX, music, assets. I bring royalty-free tracks for you to approve. You share the files I need.

  4. 04

    Ideas, 30 minutes a week.

Send timestamps of the parts you want covered. On Studio, about 5 new short videos a week land on a review link. You comment.

Who's behind the cuts?

Elron Naranja

02:30 · BEHIND THE CUT

Who's actually making your videos?

I'm Elron. I run TheOrange.Design, the studio behind the client work above. Designer for 14+ years, based in the Philippines, working US hours.

I edit, automate, and occasionally break things to see how they work. Then I pointed that at short video and built my own AI workflow with Claude Code.

The AI does the heavy lifting, but it took 14+ years of design and a lot of training to get it cutting like this. I make the calls and check every video myself. My first clients get me, not a queue.

Still thinking? Three doubts, answered.

03:30 · BEFORE YOU GO

Three doubts I'd have in your seat.

“AI videos look fake.”

Fair. Judge the samples above, then judge yours.

“I already have an editor.”

Good. Send one topic and compare.

“I can just do this with AI myself.”

You can, and I'll show you how, at the end of this page. Many owners would rather spend that time on their clients.

I'm not right for everyone. Check the lists.

Yes, if:

  • You talk on a mic or camera. Episodes, calls, talks.
  • You want to post weekly and hate editing.
  • You can name one person to approve videos.

Not yet, if:

  • You want cinematic shoots or ad campaigns.
  • You want me to post for you. I don't. A posting add-on is coming later.
  • You want guaranteed views. I make the videos. Reach depends on your topics.

04:00 · FAQ

Straight answers.

What if my footage is longer than 90 seconds?

Credits count the finished video, not your footage. Send a 40-minute podcast or long reference videos, plus timestamps of the parts you want covered, and I cut several clips, 1 credit each. Ideas for those clips come out of our 30-minute call. Raw footage is included: 3 hours a month on Studio and Starter; on the pack, 3 hours per 20 credits. More is quoted.

Revisions? Unused credits?

One revision round per video, at any length. On monthly plans, up to 5 unused credits roll over one month. Credit pack credits never expire.

Which plan should I pick?

Studio if you want a steady 20 a month. Starter if you want half. The credit pack if you'd rather post in bursts: 20 credits, no expiry.

Will an AI voice sound like me?

Clone your own voice, with your written consent, or pick one of 5 ElevenLabs voices I shortlist. Switch on the platform's AI label when you post. If we stop, I delete the voice model and recording and confirm in writing.

Can I cancel?

Monthly plans, month to month: leave any time with 14 days' notice. On a 3-month plan, leaving early makes the waived $300 setup fee due, with no more monthly fees after your notice. The credit pack has nothing to cancel.

Who owns the videos?

You do, once they're paid. My templates and workflow stay mine. Your free sample is yours to watch and share with your team. To post it, start a plan. I may show it in my portfolio.

What about music?

Background music comes from royalty-free libraries, such as Meta's Sound Collection, which is made for Facebook and Instagram. Tell me at kickoff where you post, and I pick tracks cleared for those platforms. You approve every track.
