Privacy policy
This page explains what happens to the details you share on elronnaranja.com, including Sixty Studio (/sixty-studio) and VidaSis (/vidasis). The site is run by Elron Naranja. It is operated by THEORANGEDESIGN DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES, trading as TheOrange.Design, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of the Philippines (DTI Business Name Number: 7444401). Questions or requests: elron.naranja@gmail.com.
What the forms collect
- Sixty Studio free sample: your name, email, website or channel, the topic you want a video about, and, if you add them, a link to your files, links to videos you like and your notes. We also record that you ticked the consent box.
- Sixty Studio waitlist: your name, email and which option you are interested in.
- With both Sixty Studio forms we also record the page you sent it from and, if present, how you found it (the referring site and campaign tags in the link). Your IP address is used only to stop spam floods; it is not saved with your details.
- VidaSis setup help: your name, email, whether you have Claude Pro or Max, the setup options you pick and any notes you add. If you choose to donate, the payment is handled by PayMongo; your card or e-wallet details go to PayMongo, not to us.
Why
To reply to you and do what you asked for: make your free sample, tell you when an option opens, or help you set up VidaSis. If you ask for a free sample and tick the box, you agree that Elron can email you about your sample and Sixty Studio, including a few follow-ups after it is delivered, and that Elron may show the finished sample in his portfolio. You can unsubscribe anytime: reply "stop" to any of those emails or write to elron.naranja@gmail.com, and the follow-ups end. We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to a newsletter.
Your free sample
Your free sample is delivered as an unlisted YouTube link. It is yours to watch and share with your team. To post it, start a plan. Elron may show it in his portfolio.
Where it is stored
- Sixty Studio form details are passed by n8n (an automation service) to Elron's Gmail inbox and to a private Google Sheet. Both are Google services.
- VidaSis requests are stored on this website's server at NameHero (a server in Kansas City, Missouri, United States) and sent to Elron by email.
- Only Elron and the people who help him run these services can see them.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a client, your details are deleted 12 months after your last message. If you do, we keep what we need for the work and for tax records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
AI voice
We only make an AI version of someone's voice from their own recording, with their written consent. When we stop working together, we delete the voice model and the recording.
Analytics and cookies
Every page loads Google Tag Manager, a Google tool that runs our measurement tags and can set cookies to count visits and see which pages people use. The only tag it runs is Google Analytics 4. It records the pages you view and basic page events (scrolling, clicks on links to other sites, file downloads, video plays, and starting or sending a form, not what you type in it), along with your approximate location, device and browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; Google also offers an opt-out for Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Videos on the site come from YouTube. On Sixty Studio only a preview image loads until you press play; the player then loads from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com).
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, by emailing elron.naranja@gmail.com. We reply within 7 days. If you are in the Philippines and are not happy with our answer, you can contact the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
